Quorn
Quorn is the brand name of a series of products primarily made from a mycroprotein. This is a sort of mushroom type thing and is very healthy being high in protein and low in fat. Quorn make loads of vegetarian products including burgers, fillets, pieces, mince, sausages and loads more. Check out the Quorn website
